The best moment has arrived! Open up your box (or let your dog do it) and enjoy offering your precious furbaby the happiness of unboxing all the little treasures therein.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • When will my dog's box be dispatched?

Upon purchasing a single box or a subscription to The Barking Box, you will be notified of dispatch as per Standard Delivery terms. 

If you chose subscription, we aim to deliver the subscribed Barking boxes as early in the month as possible. You will always be notified of your delivery being scheduled, in advance.

  • When will I be charged for my order?

We take payment for all subscriptions at the beginning of each month. Such a payment will relate to your next dispatched Barking Box.
 

  • Change of address or other contact details

Update your address in your account section before the end of the month for next month’s Barking Box.
